What is Salvation?

Salvation comes from the greek word "Soteria" which means deliverance. It speaks of our deliverance from all curses, including death. Salvation is not limited to redemption or forgiveness of sin. Salvation does not mean that you are perfect.

How do you get Baptized with the Holy Spirit?

He (the Holy Ghost) is the third person in the Trinity -- The Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost. 1 Corinthians 12:4-6 divides the work of the Divine Trinity into three categories. The work is carried out by the Holy Spirit; Jesus is the administrator of the new covenant. He makes sure that God's Word is fulfilled, and God is our commander and chief.
